Types of Angles and Angle Activities Bundle

Description

This “Teaching Tandem” helps teachers teach the very difficult concept of angle concepts and measurements and types of angles. The first resource is a set of three “hand on” activities meant to help students really deeper their understanding of angle types and sizes.

The second resource is one of my popular “concept sort” resources which gives students 5 different angle sorts geared toward getting students talking about math—and providing you with a way to catch misconceptions and help students truly understand angles at a much more sophisticated level than most textbooks provide. These are two of my favorites—and I hope you find them useful as you teach your angle studies! This is a rigorous resource–certainly appropriate for grades 4, 5, and even as a solid review for grade 6.
